Question:

How do the Zweena Health Record and HealthVault work together?

Answer:

Microsoft HealthVault is the leading US consumer health ecosystem. When you create a Zweena account; you will automatically create a secure HealthVault account as well. Because your Zweena data is in a structured data format, you can take advantage of the many applications that you will find on HealthVault simply by allowing access to your Zweena Health Record. To sign up for the Zweena Health Record, follow instructions How do I Sign up for the Zweena Health Record?

Question:

How do I sign up for the Zweena Health Record?

Answer:

First you will register with HealthVault and then with Zweena.
  1. Click on Get Started in the center of the Zweena home page
  2. Provide your contact information and continue
  3. To register with HealthVault you will go to a set of blue pages
    • Enter email address or the address of your Live Id if you have previously registered with Zweena or HealthVault and select Continue
    • Create your Live ID by entering the email address you will use and complete the form
    • Complete the information on the form and select Create Account
    • Grant Zweena access to this information by clicking Allow Access
  4. To complete your registration with Zweena, select a security image and review and accept the Zweena Terms and Conditions.

Question:

How do I sign into my Zweena Health Record?

Answer:

When you return to Zweena you will need to sign in
  • Click Member Login
  • Use the same type of ID and the password you used to create your HealthVault account.
    • If you used a Windows Live ID, enter the Windows Live ID email and password to sign in
    • If you used and OpenID, enter the OpenID and you will be directed to the OpenID provider to continue
    • Verify your security image and click Secure Sign-in

Question:

I was signed out unexpectedly

Answer:

To protect your privacy, the Zweena Health Record automatically signs you out if you have been inactive for 20 minutes. You will see a message with a link that will allow you to sign in again.

Question:

I am having trouble signing in

Answer:

If you are having trouble signing in with Windows Live ID and you are sure you have the correct password, you may need to clear your internet browser’s temporary cache and try again. For instructions on clearing cache, refer to the Help for your Internet Browser.

Question:

Can I access my HealthVault Account when I am signed into the Zweena Health Record?

Answer:

When you are signed into the Zweena Health Record, you can easily access your HealthVault account by:
  • Select the My Account tab
  • Click on Manage HealthVault Account in the left column

My Health Community

Question:

How do I add members to my Health Community?

Answer:

You must be the owner of the account to add a family member or friend to your Health Community. You can do this by:
  • Sign in to your Zweena Health Record and confirm your Security Image
  • At the My Health Community tab, select Add Members
  • Select the Add Member button
  • On the Microsoft Health Vault page select the blue link Add a new person
  • Complete the required information on the screen and click the Create Record button
  • You may continue to add new members by selecting the link Add a new person
  • When you are finished check off the members you wish to add and click Continue
  • Click Allow Access
  • If the member is a minr, review and click I Accept
  • Your new members will be added to your Health Community

Question:

Can I delete a member from my Health Community?

Answer:

You cannot delete the account holder (self) from a Health Community as this will close your account. Please call Zweena Support at 877-848-4248 if you require assistance.

To delete other members:

  • Sign in to your Zweena Health Record and confirm your Security Image
  • At the My Health Community tab, select Add Members
  • Identify the member you wish to delete -- Select Remove

How do I add a Provider?

Answer:

You can add Medical Providers to your Heath Community by:
  • Sign in to your Zweena Health Record and confirm your Security Image
  • At the My Health Community tab, select Add Providers
  • First Search to see if your Provider has been previously entered into Zweena and click select
  • If a new Provider, click Add Provider and complete the required information on the screen and click Add

Question:

Can I delete a Provider?

Answer:

Providers cannot be deleted from a Zweena Health Record. Please call Zweena Support at 877-848-4248 if you require assistance.

Question:

How do I turn off the collection of my medical records?

Answer:

To turn off record collection you must contact Zweena Support at 877-848-4248.

Question:

How do I connect a Member to a Provider?

Answer:

To tell Zweena that a Member is a patient of a Provider:
  • Sign in to your Zweena Health Record and confirm your Security Image
  • At the My Health Community tab, identify the Member that will be connected to the Provider.
  • Click Link to Provider
  • Select the Provider to be connected from the list
  • Follow the instructions to print and complete a Record Release Authorization
  • Send it to Zweena

How do I change the medical information that is in my health record?

Answer:

You can only change the information that is part of your Profile and Health Community. All clinical information is provided by your physicians and entered by the trained Zweena Staff.

Granting access to a Zweena Health Record

Question:

What is does it mean to "share" your Zweena Health Record?

Answer:

Sharing your record with a person you trust allows them to see, update, or delete information, depending on the level of access you give them.

Partners use Sharing so that both can manage family health records. You might want to use Sharing to let an adult child or caregiver access your health information, or to share a minor child's immunization records with their school nurse. You could even share medical information with a physician.

Remember, you control what the person you share with can do with the information. Some information stored in the health records you manage may be highly sensitive. Before you grant access to a record, consider carefully which people should be allowed to see the information.

Question:

With whom can I share a Zweena Health Record?

Answer:

A Zweena Health Record can be shared with whomever you choose to, including: family members, spouse, physicians. You can only share a record if you have been granted custodial access.

Question:

How do I share my Zweena Health record?

Answer:

To share your Zweena Health Record with someone you trust:
  1. Sign in to Zweena
  2. Select the My Health Community Tab
  3. Locate the Zweena member whose record you would like to share
  4. Select the Share button next to that member
  5. Complete the form and all items marked with a *,click Send and accept the confirmation
You choose the level of access you allow. You can let someone view and use but not modify information, view and modify information, or act as a custodian of your record, which allows them to view, modify, share and permanently delete information.

Question:

How do I remove or change access to a Zweena Health Record?

Answer:

To change or remove access permissions you must:
  1. Sign into Zweena
  2. Select the Shared Records tab
  3. Scroll down the Shared By Me list
  4. Identify the record to be changed and click Edit
  5. Select the revised permission or Remove Access
  6. Click Update
You will only be allowed to modify access to a record for which you have custodial permissions.

Question:

What kind of access can I grant to my record?

Answer:

There are 3 levels of access that can be granted
  • Custodial access allows full access to all the information in the Zweena Health Record, with the ability to see, change, share, and delete any of that information. Custodial access is helpful for cooperative management of someone’s health. Be very selective about who you give custodial access to, since they will have full control over your health information, including the ability to remove your access to your own record.
  • View and Modify access allows the person to see, change and delete any consumer entered information, but does not allow any sharing of information.
  • View access allows the person to only look at the information in the Zweena Health Record. No information can be changed. A provider’s access will be limited to view only.

Question:

I was invited to access someone’s Zweena Health Record. What should I do?

Answer:

If you accept an invitation from someone to access the Zweena Health Record, you’ll be able to view, and possibly edit or delete the information in that record, depending on the access they’ve given you. The sharing invitation email includes a link to a page where you can accept or deny the sharing request. To accept the request, you’ll need to have your own Zweena Health Record account, and will be given the opportunity to create one, if necessary. Not sure why you received the invitation? Contact the person who sent it.

Why can’t I share some records?

Answer:

Unless you have been established as a custodian by being granted custodial access of a Zweena Health Record, you will not be able to Share a record.

Managing Personal Information

Question:

How do I change my personal information?

Answer:

To change any information related to you or any members of your health community
  1. Select the My Account tab
  2. Click Profile Information
  3. Select the member whose information is be changed
  4. Scroll down and click Edit
  5. Make changes – be sure to complete all items marked with a *
  6. Click Save

Where do I find the information about my Zweena purchases and payments?

Answer:

To see all of the information related to the number of pages you have purchased and Zweena has processed and the payments you have made:
  1. Select the My Account tab
  2. Click Current Plan Details

When does my Zweena membership expire?

Answer:

Your Zweena membership does not expire and continues as long as your account is current.

Question:

Where do I find the information on my credit card charges from Zweena?

Answer:

To see all of the information related to your credit card payment history:
  1. Select the My Account tab
  2. Click Payment Details

How do I change my credit card information?

Answer:

To change your any information relating to your credit card:
  1. Select the My Account tab
  2. Click Payment Details
  3. Identify the appropriate card and click View
  4. Click Edit
  5. Make the changes and click Save
